This position operates at our headquarters requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person, and over the telephone, The role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, carry, handle, or feel objects weighing up to 30 pounds. The employee must also be able to reach with hands and arms, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, and traverse or position oneself around work areas to meet safety requirements. The position may require operating vehicles within local, state, and federal safety guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Weekly Duties
- Process payroll from start to finish including timecard management, data entry, corrections, and report creation (HeavyJob, E360, and HCSS systems).
- Prepare weekly reports
- Manage payroll-related communications, gather support documents, and ensure all new hires are set up for pay and E-Verify.
- Send paystubs, process certified payroll reports, and manage child support and wage garnishments.
- File and scan employee and payroll documents, maintain organized records, and complete PTO tracking and employment verifications.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
- Process new hires, change-of-status forms, and employee audits.
- Prepare birthday, anniversary, and milestone tracking reports.
- Handle certified payroll setup and closing including pay matrix, deductions, and reporting systems
- Support yearly pay increases and vehicle audit tracking.
End-of-Year Duties
- Complete year-end payroll processing per Viewpoint guidelines including tax updates and cost allocations.
- Prepare new year payroll files and archive prior-year employee records.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- 2+ years payroll experience
- Certified payroll experience required.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Experience with HCSS or Viewpoint systems preferred.
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and confidentiality.
